Items purchased from NicheFragrance can be returned within 30 days of receipt in most cases. During this period, you can try and assess the products as you would in a physical store. If you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging unless the packaging is sealed. Processing of your return
After we have received your return shipment, we will begin assessing the returned items and processing your refund. You will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The amount will be refunded within 14 days. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
Items that cannot be returned
The following types of items cannot be returned:
*Products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned with an opened seal

Step 1: Download the return form and fill it in.
Step 2: Place the return form together with a copy of the proof of purchase in a shipping box with the product to be returned. Make sure you pack your package as protected as possible.
Step 3: Take the return to your courier and have it shipped.
